strawberry pie {recipe}

this is what i did for my graduation day dessert. due to a missed text and the store having no rhubarb, this went from “strawberry-rhubarb” to “strawberry-strawberry”, and it was delicious.

i won’t rewrite the recipe because really my major adaptations were using 2 pounds of strawberries due to lack of rhubarb, and not using coconut because i don’t like it.

i would recommend adding a bit more cornstarch to the filling, though. it gets juicy.
